Does Parent's Choice make an organic baby formula?
Yes, new from Wal-Mart Stores, Parent’s Choice ORGANIC baby formula is the first
organic baby formula that contains the lipids DHA and ARA. Parent's Choice
Organic is available nationwide, is nutritionally complete, and meets the strict
nutritional guidelines determined by the FDA.
Like all USDA-certified organic food sources, the cow’s milk used in Parent’s
Choice ORGANIC baby formula comes from cows that are not given antibiotics or
added growth hormones. In addition, Parent’s Choice ORGANIC baby formula is
produced without using pesticides and fertilizers, bioengineering, and ionizing
radiation.
Who manufactures Parent’s Choice powder baby formulas?
Parent's Choice infant formulas are manufactured by PBM Nutritionals, in the the
only ISO 9001:2000–certified infant formula–manufacturing facility in the United
States. Located in Georgia, Vermont, PBM Nutritionals is the only domestic
manufacturer of baby formula that adheres to both FDA guidelines and the
stringent set of quality-assurance regulations set by the International
Organization for Standardization. The facility has been manufacturing baby
formulas for more than 20 years and has been manufacturing Parent’s Choice since
1998.

and Drug Administration. The Infant Formula Act is a law, enforced by the FDA,
that sets the nutritional standards and specifies procedures in manufacturing
for commercial infant formulas to ensure their safety and high quality.
